Mitch Winnick has provided strategic planning and leadership as President & CEO since REV Energy Services was founded in 2018. Prior to founding REV, Mr. Winnick developed strong, successful client relationships in 19 years of Business Development and Engineering roles with North America’s leading oilfield service providers including RockPile, Keane (now NexTier), PumpCo, Bayou, Trican, Sanjel, and CalFrac.
Mr. Winnick earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
Mitch and his wife Brenna share an active lifestyle and enjoy domestic and international travel and adventure.
Jason Kuzov has held the position of Chief Operating Officer since the company’s formation in 2018. In the 18 years prior to joining the REV team Mr. Kuzov worked in several positions of increasing responsibility across multiple leading oilfield service providers in North America and internationally.
Jason’s oilfield services tenure is rooted in operational excellence, service quality, and progressive safety management.
Jason and his wife Christina have four kids and enjoy exploring the scenery and culinary offerings of the beautiful Rocky Mountains.
David Potter has served as the Chief Financial Officer of REV Energy Services since January 2019. Mr. Potter joined the REV team as Corporate Controller shortly after the company’s formation. Prior to joining Mr. Potter held various management roles in both the public and private sectors of the oil and gas industry. Mr. Potter has 11 years in the Oil & Gas industry and 5 years of experience in a “Big 4” public accounting firm.
Mr. Potter earned a Master’s degree in accounting from Brigham Young University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Dave and his five kids enjoy everything the great outdoors has to offer and can often be found slicing the slopes in Colorado or running races across the US.
Greg Hamilton joined REV Energy Services as District Operations Manager based in Gillette, Wy at the company’s formation in 2018. Greg began his oilfield services career in 2005 and has managed district operations in the Williston, Permian, and Powder River basins.
Mr. Hamilton’s steadfast adherence tosuperior service quality, HSE compliance, and conscientious personnel management are essential to the
client experience at REV.
Greg is husband to his wife Tana, father to their three children, and little league coach to Gillette’s inest!
Brittany Moran serves as the HR Director at REV and has since its formation in 2018. Brittany began her career in OFS human resources management in 2012 and has worked in the Williston, Permian, and Powder River Basins.
Ms. Moran completed a Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Denver. She is a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) and certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
Outside of work, Brittany enjoys spending time with her family and Odie the basset hound.
Nancy Alderton joined REV in 2018 as DOT Compliance Manager. Nancy’s long tenure in compliance and safety management made her the ideal candidate to assume management of the REV HSE program in 2019. Nancy has held various management roles in safety and compliance across several industries since
Prior to joining the private sector, Nancy held positions with the Sheriff’s Department and Utah Department of Transportation. Ms. Alderton graduated from the Law Enforcement Training Academy at Colorado Mountain College. She is the company’s resident Radiation Safety Officer (RSO).
Nancy is a Colorado native and enjoys spending time with family and restoring her ’66 Thunderbird.
Bart Crump joined the REV team as Business Development Manager in June 2020. He is originally from Kilgore, Texas, and is a ’91 graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University with a BS in Aquatic Biology. During his oilfield career with FracTech and C&J Energy (now NexTier) he’s held positions as Lab Manager, Fracturing Field Engineer, Facility Manager, Senior Account Manager, and US Sales Director over multiple service lines in Longview, Denver, DFW, and Houston.
